INTRODUCTION TO NABARD's PHILOSOPHY
“To Think T.O.A.S. is to intellectually evolve to the enlightened realm of self actualization.” -Master Safakhoo
Imagine if you could transcend your material world to explore the essence of your existence; thereby strategically harmonizing the practical and conceptual elements of your life. Imagine if you THINK T.O.A.S.
T.O.A.S. (the acronym for - Transcendental Organized Applicable Strategies) is an experience which begins on the physical level and gradually deepens to a pervasive philosophy influencing the totality of one’s life.T.O.A.S. does not present itself as a dogma or model to be followed; it merely suggests how to think rather than what to think.
The “Warrior Within” icon was created
to personify the martial spirit within each of us.

The T.O.A.S. WAY is the understanding that life is the enigmatic experience of growth and awareness through discovery of self. The T.O.A.S. WAY centers itself around the belief that all human beings innately possess the abilities necessary to fulfill their greatest potential yet, must acquire discipline in order to achieve their destinies.
In the T.O.A.S. WAY, it is known that true education is not in the mere recitation of a formula, but in the mental discipline of knowing how to think. The waking mind of T.O.A.S. weighs information with the scales of introspection and discernment. Once clear of dogmas and stigmas, the intellect is able to ponder reality from a transcended view point where decisions are made with logically organized strategies which are applicable to the pursuit and accomplishment of one’s purpose. This describes the way in which to THINK T.O.A.S.
The belief in Nabard that discipline of body becomes discipline of life, necessitates that the road to self mastery begin on the physical level. Nabard is designed to deliver these concepts in each element of training through the accomplishment of physical goals. Each training session becomes a victory against the paralyzing forces of fear, laziness, and self-doubt. Consequently, Nabard physical training serves as a tool to strengthen one mentally. Upon each physical victory, one is given the experience of self-discovery through triumph over self.
The moment you begin to know yourself, an extraordinary creative process is set in motion in which you choose to either grow or accept mediocrity. Once the choice to transcend is made, the warrior within awakens to empower you to master your own physical and mental capabilities. With this waking mind you will discovery your true potential to THINK T.O.A.S. and go beyond as research inspires experience; experience inspires imagination; and imagination inspires creation. This is the inherent challenge offered in the teachings of Nabard where the question becomes, “Do you have what it takes?” -Grandmaster Safakhoo
